Title – Product Manager - Cash/Treasury/Liquidity Management
Location – Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta GA (5 days in a week)
Duration – Fulltime
What you will do:
- You will drive the end-to-end product definition and execution, working alongside our engineering partners, credit risk team, fraud and operations, and business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions in support of our clients. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of your customer’s process and needs, while keeping a pulse on the broader company strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and an execution plan.
- Develop a deep understanding of Financial Institution and Fintech needs and the needs of their Small Business Customers
- Manage product development lifecycle - define the problem in discovery, draft detailed requirements and collaborate with Product Owners in a scaled agile environment, manage the delivery of 4 concurrent releases.
- Define minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, risk and fraud, treasury, legal, compliance, sales and marketing in support of the product.
- Manage 3rd party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Identify competitive and alternative offerings and develop a strategy for winning against the competition.
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to profit.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience working in software and/financial product management
- 5+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership, operating in an Agile development environment - experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business or a related field required.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
- Strong communication skills with management as well as technical and non-technical colleagues within the company and to clients.
- Experience supporting web and mobile banking solutions and other digital products.
- Experience with card acquiring and processing products.
Mandatory Experience
- Cash/Treasury/Liquidity Management exp mandatory
Good to have:
- Experience in Product Management with Accounting/Finance related software products
- Experience in Product Management building products for use by Small Businesses
- Knowledge and experience working with Fraud/Risk and Operational Management teams
- Knowledge and experience of merchant acquiring
- Knowledge and experience of real time payment processing
